By selecting a specific location on the app's body model, you will find essential muscles in that region that need to be considered for effective pain release. Additionally, we provide specific ways to release each muscle and approximate locations for finding them. Remember, addressing the full muscle, every millimeter of it, is vital, and sometimes the right spot may require the right angle. Although this might seem complicated, with consistent practice, you will grasp it faster than you might imagine. The body will signal when you've found the right spot through a distinct soreness and pain sensation.

Typically, a muscle should not be sensitive or painful upon pressure, except for the feeling of the pressure itself. If you experience sharp, referred, tingling, or numb pain, you have identified the target area. The challenge now lies in being disciplined enough to continue releasing until the pain diminishes.
