HealEra’s first Free Training Event

Shift your perspective and understand your biomechanics

Dear Community,

We’ve had a few questions about what our first free HealEra community event will look like and who it is for, so we wanted to offer a short overview.

The event will be structured roughly as follows (subject to change):

•⁠ ⁠An active segment where we will review proper exercise techniques together. Learn how to do the foundational exercises correctly and thereby reduce any associated pain. We will also look into learning how to analyze exercises and actively correct posture to achieve more strength and mobility.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Through one of the app's core techniques, "Myofascial Release," we will look into learning how to properly relax targeted muscles and where they need to be relaxed. We will explore this technique together.

•⁠ ⁠We will address the main causes and reasons for muscle tension and how to relieve it.

•⁠ ⁠A brief insight into the future development of HealEra.

•⁠ ⁠Discussion about potential issues and wishes from our community.

Most of all, we would like to meet you, have an active exchange and build the future of our app together, to make it best suit the people it is made for. We want to hear about the problems people encounter and how we can help better serve our community. There will also be an opportunity to review the activities together and interact with other guests.

The goal of our event is to have an active exchange to gather some feedback with which we can improve our product for you. We will pair it with a deep dive into our main philosophies and the upcoming plans for the application.

So all-in-all a get-together to exchange ideas, learn more about key techniques and have a look into the future.
